 Art Klose, MA, LCAS
      Art is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist specializing in assisting adolescents and adults struggling with drug, alcohol, and gambling addictions.  Art has a heart for working with individuals in the military and emergency services struggling with addictions due to work related stress, as Art spent several years in emergency services and understands the stresses and demands of the job.

Art earned his Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University and completed his clinical practicum and internship at Fort Bragg at the family life center on base.  For the past several years he has worked with children, families, couples, and individuals struggling with drug, alcohol, and gambling addictions as well as mental health concerns.

Art is currently offering in-person sessions in the Raleigh and Apex offices and by telehealth.

 Christina Klose, M A, LCAS-A, ALC
 Christina is a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate and an Associate Licensed Counselor and offers many years of clinical experience working with a diverse population struggling with drug, alcohol, and gambling addictions and mental health concerns.  Christina is passionate about offering a client-centered approach to counseling through client collaboration and meeting people where they are in their lives.  Christina's counseling skill set truly revolves around our principles of balance, light, and grounding in helping others.  

Christina earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Christian Counseling, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Addictions Counseling from Liberty University.  Christina is well versed in military and emergency service provider needs and concerns having come from a family with extensive military and fire/rescue service.

Christina is currently offering services in person or by telehealth in North Carolina and telehealth only in Alabama.

Kaitlyn Ayers

Practice and Billing Manager

Kaitlyn is the Practice and Billing Manager at Coastal Therapy Center where she will be assisting you with billing and insurance questions. If you have a question don’t hesitate to call! She has been in the customer service line of work for several years.  Kaitlyn has a background in an office environment and insurance experience. In her free time, she loves to cook and watch movies with a warm blanket and cookies, but on top of everything, nothing is better than spending time with her family and being a mom to her beautiful kids.

Noelle Ayers

Scheduling Manager

Noelle serves as our front-line point of contact for scheduling requests, patient concerns, and general practice questions.  Noelle has an associate degree in human services and has many years of client assistance and customer service experience. In her time outside of work Noelle loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs, exploring new coffee shops, and baking for her family.
